Can Selling a property be safe during a pandemic? The short answer is yes. There are extra protocols to take and it depends on your level of comfort, preference etc.
The buyer market has a lot of demand and inventory is low so that definitely helps sellers sell for what they want..
We are seeing a lot of properties sell and also fall apart during inspection as buyers are very picky and want literally all repairs, big and small, completed before they commit to purchase.
This is good to know to manage your expectations if you’re looking at selling your property.
Lets start with safety protocols.
