We just bought 2 mobile homes (1 in Henderson, 1 in Franklinton) and these were quite interesting let me say 🙂
There was 30 years of garbage inside a decent sized double wide (land was included so we do buy these. If land is not included, we really do not purchase them)
floor to ceiling trash. I think some squirrel or rodent feces laying around 🙁
I felt bad for the seller because she inherited these from her mother, and they were at one time rental properties, but were just too much for them to handle.
Tenants stopped paying rent, eventually left but after a year of not paying rent. And they left all their s@@t there 🙁
Seller was actually in over her head and a little emotional. I assured her, we can try to work something out of this impossible situation.
We ended up striking a deal where I would buy the mobile homes as is and clean them out for her. She actually had a brother nearby who helped to clear out some of the trash with us!
Anyway, it was a win win. She was happy, because mentally she wouldn’t have to deal with it anymore.
Yes! we do buy mobile homes. Double wide’s. Land must be included. We prefer paved roads. If you have one, lets talk!
