Yes! We can help. We literally had a situation where the parents of a home seller were on an oxygen machine, and just didn’t want to walk down a flight of stairs anymore in their home because of the risk. In addition, the children were in a different state. Yikes 🙁 They were going to move their parents to Florida. I think Tampa area.
Anyway, because their parents were a little older , they didn’t want a stampede of people coming into the property. They were trying to keep their parents as safe as possible with the purchase and the move out. Subjecting them to listing the property on the market, would potentially compromise their health, with so many buyers coming through the property throughout the week and weekends.
More sun, less taxes, less traffic and closer to their parents. What’s not to love haha. Anyway, we took a look at the property (with 1 walk through inspection), and offered a fair cash price to the sellers. We discussed their timeframe to sell (their choice) and we even had some resources to help them move their belongings. Moving is never fun haha, so we do all we can to try and help out.
We both signed an offer to purchase the property, as is where is and closed it out when they were ready, which was about 40 days. If they needed 2 weeks, we could have done it. IF they would need longer, we could have done that too. As far as timeframe, we can work with any timeframe (pending legal and titlework is completed)
